From the South and East

  1. Take the NYS Thruway to Exit 25 (Schenectady - Interstate 890).
  2. Take Interstate 890 west to exit 5 (Broadway).
  3. Turn right on Broadway.
  4. At the second traffic light go right onto Clinton Street.
  5. The second traffic light will be State Street (Route 5). Cross State Street and park in the Clinton Street lot (lot 5 on the map), which will be on your left.
  6. Walk up the alleyway to the Jay Street Pedestrian Walkway and turn left. Two Spruce Pottery is at 175 on your left.


From the West

  1. Take the NYS Thruway east (toward Albany) to Exit 26 (Schenectady - Interstate 890).
  2. Take Interstate 890 east into Schenectady to Exit 4B.
  3. Follow the signs for Erie Boulevard. Stay on Erie Boulevard. Pass the traffic light on State Street and turn right on the next street, which is Liberty Street. There is a Burger King on the far left corner and a train station on the near right.
  4. After the first traffic light (Broadway), there is a public parking lot on your right (lot 4 on the map). Turn into this lot and park toward the other (south) side of the lot.
  5. Walk to Franklin Street at the south side of the parking lot and turn left. Jay Street is the next street. You will see Schenectady City Hall on the far left (northeast) corner. Turn right and walk (south) on the pedestrian walkway. Two Spruce Pottery is on your left at 175.


From the North

  1. Take Interstate 87 (Adirondack Northway) south to Exit 15. Stay to the right as you exit and head into Saratoga Springs. Follow the signs for Route 50 south.
  2. At the Holiday Inn (which is on the left), bear to the right onto Ballston Avenue. This is Route 50 south.
  3. Take Route 50 south into Glenville. (You will be on Route 50 between 20 and 25 miles.) At the intersection of Freeman’s Bridge Road and Route 50 (Monroe Muffler will be on the left, Hollywood Video on the right), turn left onto Freeman’s Bridge Road.
  4. Follow Freeman’s Bridge Road and cross the bridge over the Mohawk River.
  5. You are now on Erie Boulevard. Stay on Erie until you come to Liberty Street. (There is a Burger King on your near right and an Amtrak train station and an OTB sign on your far left). Turn left onto Liberty Street.
  6. After the first traffic light (Broadway), there is a public parking lot on your right (lot 4 on the map). Turn into this lot and park toward the other (south) side of the lot.
  7. Walk to Franklin Street at the south side of the parking lot and turn left. Jay Street is the next street. You will see Schenectady City Hall on the far left (northeast) corner. Turn right and walk (south) on the pedestrian walkway. Two Spruce Pottery is on your left at 175.
